Corporate Intern and Summer Guest Housing
The University of Texas at Dallas welcomes interns and researchers traveling to the Dallas Fort-Worth area to live on a safe, modern and amenity-filled campus each summer. With multiple floorplans available, UT Dallas offers competitive pricing for the metroplex and its location in Richardson, Texas, is minutes away from Texas Instruments, Raytheon, State Farm and many more large corporations. 2024 Availability
Summer guest housing is available from June 1 – July 31, 2024.
Dates of housing availability are as listed. Requests for dates before June 1 and after July 31 cannot be accommodated.

Payment
- All applicants must submit a non-refundable application fee of $100. This fee is not counted towards the housing balance mentioned below.
- The full balance of the initial housing charges must be paid in full before the assigned check in date.
- Payment can be made online via credit card (excluding Discover) or check via mail. Guests can view the housing balance (including chosen amenities) in the payment section of the Guest Housing portal.
- You may cancel your reservation in writing by April 15 to receive a full refund of the housing balance paid before April 15.
- Cancellation for any reason after April 15 will result in forfeiture of all payments received.
- No refund will be issued for any unutilized amenities, including remaining meal plan balances, unless cancelled in writing before check in.
- Rooms will be checked after departure and a final bill may be issued for any damages incurred.
